Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich has offered former Ajax boss Danny Blind a role with the club's academy.

Abramovich is also keen to have Blind join Russia's coaching setup and take charge of one of the youth teams.

But the Dutchman is keeping his options open and revealed to De Telegraaf: "He has called me several times.

"But it doesn't look like the right moment for me to accept it."
