Eidur Gudjohnsen's son, Sveinn, has joined Barcelona's junior setup.

The Barca striker has enrolled Sveinn in Barca's junior academy, carrying on the family tradition with Dad Arnor also a famous footballer before Eidur's emergence.

Gudjohnsen Snr is delighted Sveinn has been accepted into Barca's junior team, but will refrain from personally coaching him, instead leaving his tutelage up to the club's expert coaching staff.
