As a youth coach, or 'trainer', in your organization, it all comes down
to you. You are the one your players will come to for the tools necessary to play the game as well
as they can.
The younger the players you are responsible for, the
more important your job is. Any development expert will
tell you that the key developmental years fro a soccer
player are between the ages of 8 and 12.
8 and 12!!
We firmly
believe that the United States, and other developing
soccer nations, will not progress unless its better
young players are trained at a higher level on
a more consistent basis.
If you want your team to perform at a higher level then
they must be trained at a higher level. YPT can assist
you in this
by keeping you up to date with the current
training philosophies, exercises, trends, and methods being used
at the best youth academies in Europe.
Regardless of your coaching experience, you will find
something here to help you do your job better.
AMERICAN PLAYERS ARE READY FOR THIS LEVEL OF TRAINING.
